There will not be a vet in attendance but contact number of those on call will be available.
Conditions of Entry
HATS to PAS 015, BS(EN)1384 or ASTM F11653 standard & a 3 point linkage must be worn and securely fastened at all times.
A BODY PROTECTOR to Class 3 (purple) must be worn for the cross-country phase.
The judge’s decision will be final, any objections must be lodged with the secretary within 30mins of final scores being displayed and a deposit of £10 paid, this will be refunded if the chief steward upholds the objection.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate or change any class.
No horse may compete in any more than one class.
British Riding Club Rules apply.
All horses and ponies must be 4 years and over.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
Please take all litter home. PLEASE do not muck out horseboxes on to field.
The organizers and venue accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or accident whatsoever caused or sustained by any competitor, animal, member of public or any vehicle whilst attending this event. Competitors must ensure that they have adequate public liability insurance.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. PRE -ENTRIES BY 25Th JULY, entries £5 MEMBERS, £6 NON-MEMBERS, ON THE DAY £8.00 CASH ONLY ON THE DAY
2. Strictly no dogs allowed
3. The organisers & venue accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or accident whatsover caused by or sustained by any competitor, animal, member of public or any vehicle whilst attending this event.. Competitors should have adequate public liability insurance.
4. No galloping on the field. Approved riding hats MUST be worn whilst mounted. Correct dress to be worn in the ring. All hats must have a three point linkage harness marked EN1384, PAS015.
5. All ridden horse/ponies ridden in the ring MUST be 4 years or over.
6. The judges decision is final. Any objections must be lodged with the secretary within 30 minutes & a deposit of £10 paid, refunded if the objection is upheld by the Chief Steward.
7. The working hunter classes will be judged under BSPS rules.
8. The showjumping will be run under British Riding Club Rules.
9. Children must be supervised at all times.
10. Take litter and muck home – DO NOT empty your horseboxes onto the showfield.
11. NO CHEQUES ONLY CASH will be accepted on the day of the show.
12. Exhibitors must do their best to ensure that classes entered do not clash, anyone allowed to leave to compete in another class does so at the judges discretion.
